About

Troop 558’s mission is to develop young boys into our leaders of tomorrow. Our scouting program is boy-run with adults coaching and empowering the young men. They plan the year’s activities, run the meetings, and lead the outings. Our troop was founded in 1965 and we are very proud of our achievements. We are chartered by the Rotary Club of Huntington Beach. We are honored to have over 100 Eagle Scouts in our heritage many of whom still come back and mentor the scouts in numerous capacities. If you’re interested in becoming a great leader with all the many life skills needed for your future, you’ve come to the right place. We are located in Huntington Beach, Pacifica District, Orange County Council, Scouts BSA - Boy Scouts of America.

The Troop Expects Each Scout To:

✓To live by the Scout Oath and Law

✓To participate and have fun

✓To enjoy and respect the outdoors
